Information about Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods under one order and these were delivered simultaneously;

  • on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered multiple goods under one order and these were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can do this by sending an email to: INFO@HAYDENBOUTIQUE.COM.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this agreement to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that have been manufactured according to an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

  • for the delivery of goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
